At Shrimply Aquatics, our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy ensures a smooth and exceptional customer experience. All live aquatic animals are shipped via USPS Priority shipping to ensure the safe and healthy arrival of your aquatic friends.

Shrimp:

• To ensure you receive the exact amount of shrimp you ordered healthy and alive, Shrimply Aquatics adds 1 extra shrimp per item ordered. 

(Example: If you ordered a pack of 10 shrimp, you will receive 11 shrimp)

Fish:

• To ensure you receive the exact amount of fish you ordered healthy and alive, Shrimply Aquatics adds 1 extra fish per item ordered. 

(Example: If you ordered 1 guppy, you will receive 2 guppies)

Snails:

• To ensure you receive the exact amount of snails you ordered healthy and alive, Shrimply Aquatics adds 1 extra snail per item ordered. 

(Example: If you ordered a 3 pack of snails, you will receive 4 snails)

If any shrimp, fish, or snails are Dead on Arrival DOA besides the extra given for the Live Arrival Guarantee or you have any further concerns or questions regarding our Live Arrival Guarantee:

• Take a photo of the unopened package with affected shrimp/snails/fish.
• Email photo(s) or questions to support@shrimplyaquatics.net within 6 hours of delivery/pick-up. 
• Contact us for further support.
